Meet our Founder & CEO
Radha Bandarpalle
Radha is a serial entrepreneur and technology architect with experience in building scalable, industry-defining platforms. Early in his career, he founded a software consulting company and worked with Fortune 500 clients. He then joined a top boutique litigation firm in Texas as their Director of Consulting, leading his team to provide business and domain specific technical expertise. For the last ~ten years, Radha has been a Managing Partner owning and operating 20+ franchised retail locations.
While managing his retail franchise, Radha identified operational gaps that were ripe for an AI-driven solution. What began as a personal mission to streamline his own business drove the creation of Fill in For Me (FIFM), a tool that inspired him to explore how other industries could benefit from AI innovation.
He is now leading IKGroup to help clients across industries integrate AI into their businesses.
In his free time, you’ll find Radha out for a run or bike ride, or catching up with his two daughters.
